To develop the competencies of Branch Managers of a leading Insurance player to be able to impact the branch performance and self-development.

Branch Manager, as the principal business manager of the branch unit, performs the leadership and management functions in a daily, variable mix. Pertinent to his profile, he has to deal with varied people in myriad situations and be able to successfully influence those. The Branch Manager needs to be highly self-aware and realize the bearing he has on his branch performance.


OUR APPROACH
